Making a Name as a Speed Demon

So you're minding your own business, humming down the road. You're not going too fast, right? You make a full stop at the sign, but you're in a hurry. You're always in a hurry. You take off right after you stop. The person in front of you is going the speed limit, but is it too much to ask for them to go 5 mph over?

I'm sure something like this has happened to you. You're in a hurry, it happens. It only happens occasionally.  I was/ am the same way. BIG MISTAKE!

Believe it or not, people notice when you're driving fast. People take notes of what they see. If they notice a certain car driving fast too often, then they are going to say something. It's even worse if you know the person. Rushing places caught up to me towards the end of the first summer of having my license. A man who lived over on the street next to mine, drove to my house, and told my parents that I drive a little on the speedy side sometimes. My parents weren't happy, enough said. Needless to say, I slowed down, and did a better job of leaving on time for things after that.

All you have to do is leave a little early for things. You won't feel the need to rush. If you're not in a rush. If leaving early doesn't fix it, then just think about how expensive a ticket would be for speeding. Not to mention the jump in your insurance rates.

Dont be a copycat. Don't make the mistakes I do!
